Roca, the global bathroom brand, rounded off its centenary celebrations in style with a gastronomic experience to top it all in the luxury surroundings of The Langham, London. Working in collaboration with the incredibly talented Michelin starred restaurateurs, Roca Brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, the global bathroom brand created an exclusive VIP event that showcased fine-dining at its very best.
“Roca, the global bathroom brand, and the Roca chefs from El Celler de Can Roca are two brands who achieve excellence in their own unique fields,” said Mr. Miquel-Angel Munar, Senior Managing Director of the Roca Group in Spain, “We have joined together to really push the boundaries of innovation, creativity and experience at this event. It has proved the perfect way to mark our 100-year history.”
The London event began with two fascinating culinary masterclasses. The first revealed an insight into the philosophy of the restaurant and was followed by an exclusive wine tasting session. The evening celebrations continued with a welcome reception and an exceptional dinner created and served by the team at El Celler de Can Roca.
“In celebration of the anniversary, this collaboration between Roca, the global bathroom brand, and El Celler de Can Roca brought together two exciting and long-standing brands to create an unforgettable, centenary feast,” explains Josep Roca, Master of Ceremonies from El Celler de Can Roca. “Our aim was to take our guests on a journey of discovery and let them experience something special. We are delighted to collaborate with Roca for this beautiful evening.”
Both gastronomy and bathroom design are based on creativity, experience and innovation as well hard work and perseverance. These values drive both companies forward in their search for excellence. The importance of family makes Roca and the Roca Brothers the perfect combination. Both businesses are built on family tradition, characterised by the quality, close-knit relationships and tenacity they have at the core of their businesses. To this day, Roca is still a family-owned bathroom manufacturing company.
“What an evening!
