Roca to present designs at ISH Frankfurt, the world’s leading trade fair for HVAC and water
From 13th-17th March 2023, Roca is excited to be showcasing the latest in cutting-edge design and product innovations at ISH Frankfurt (hall 3.1, stand C69). For this show, Roca has collaborated with Barcelona-based architecture studio Mesura, to create a booth inspired by Mediterranean architecture and light.
Taking inspiration from some of Barcelona’s iconic twentieth century architects, and their use of materials and light, Roca’s latest designs are to be displayed around a Mediterranean-style plaza, encouraging visitor interaction. Adding a playful element, Mesura has incorporated shutters into the stand design, allowing visitors to catch a glimpse of the designs, as they would from the outside, and again enabling the studio to capture an intimate atmospheric light.
Roca will be displaying three ranges at ISH, including the newest collection, Tura. A collaboration with Catalan designer Andreu Carulla, Tura is an exclusive collection which balances light and shadow, uniting volume and void. Roca will also be presenting Nu, a colourful collection of taps, designed by Studio Inma Bermudez, celebrating simple forms with a combination of shapes and colours. The Mediterranean-inspired Ona collection will also be showcased, with its smooth textures and organic shapes.
As well as the new collections, Roca will be demonstrating their commitment to technology by displaying the In-Wash Insignia Smart Toilet – featuring new drying technology with a directed air jet. And Roca Connect, a digital platform for smart bathrooms, which can be connected via a mobile app, to reduce and control water consumption and maintenance costs.
In addition Roca will be showing the Access range, presenting future solutions for health monitoring for an ageing society; the holistically designed Armani/Roca cooperation bathroom collection and the Ruy Ohtake design collection, featuring organic basins by the Brazilian architect.
