Beyond the bathroom

At HIX 2026, Roca presents a new approach to bathroom construction for the hospitality sector, addressing the growing demand for faster, more efficient and reliable building processes.

Central to the stand is the prefabricated bathroom POD; a fully assembled module manufactured in a controlled factory environment. Integrating structural fabrication and technical installation with bathroom products and interior finishes, these ready-to-install solutions bring greater precision, consistent quality and improved coordination to hotel developments.

Manufactured and tested prior to delivery, each module arrives with plumbing, electrical systems and fittings already integrated, ready for final on-site connections. Production runs in parallel with building construction, helping reduce installation times, on-site complexity and coordination between trades.

Each module can be customised in terms of dimensions, layouts, materials, finishes and bathroom products, drawing on Roca's extensive portfolio. This includes the new Meridian collection, designed by Barcelona-based studio Altherr Désile Park, which will also be presented at HIX.
