We’re thrilled to announce that Rashpal Sidhu, previously UK Finance and Service Director, has succeeded Alan Dodds as Managing Director. With over 15 years experience on the Roca senior management team, Rashpal has a long history of driving the strategic direction of the business and overseeing the company’s finance, customer service and warehouse operations.

Officially beginning his new role at the beginning of April 2022, Rashpal commented: “I’m incredibly excited to be starting my new role and maximising the opportunities ahead for the Roca Group in the UK and Ireland. Following on from a record year in 2021, we’re seeing continued growth and have a very strong team in place. It’s an exciting time with innovative new products and major new initiatives being launched, and I’m looking forward to increasing Roca’s performance and growth during 2022 and beyond.”

Following 22 years of leading the Roca Group in the UK and Ireland, Alan Dodds has stepped down as Managing Director and taken on the role of Chairman, continuing to be closely involved with the business.
