This contemporary office space in Barcelona’s Espai Serrahima combines industrial heritage with modern design. The project, led by LoCa Studio in collaboration with Roca, transforms a historic textile factory into a creative workspace that embodies the essence of the city’s design culture.
Forkstone’s transformation highlights the careful balance between preserving the building's historic character and meeting the needs of a modern office. The bathroom has been reimagined as a sanctuary for office workers, with undulating steel walls, red flooring and minimalist design elements. Roca’s Loft electronic faucets and Ona wall-hung WCs blend seamlessly into the overall design, adding comfort and practicality to this innovative workspace.
